How much does a unit cost?
Every project is quoted, because the total depends on the configuration, number of units, options, delivery location and installation requirements. Send me your location, intended use and quantity and I will prepare a written quotation that separates the unit price, selected options, delivery and installation, and anything still to be confirmed.
Is delivery and installation included?
Delivery and installation are available across Luzon, including Mindoro and Bicol. How they are charged depends on your exact site and access, so they are listed clearly in your written quotation — no guessing.
What comes with the standard 20ft unit?
A 2.3mm galvanized frame, 50mm insulated walls, 40mm glass wool roof with steel cover, steel ceiling, 18mm fire-proof magnesium floor, one steel door, two plastic-steel windows and the electrical system. Anything else is an option and is itemized separately.
Can units be joined or stacked?
Yes. Two 20ft units can be joined into a 40ft space, and units can be arranged in two- or three-storey layouts with stairs and walkways. Multi-storey layouts are confirmed with the supplier for your site before ordering.
Can I add a toilet, more doors or windows?
Yes — toilet sets, extra doors and windows, wood-finish panels and raised pedestals are available. Plumbing connections and water supply on your site are discussed during planning.
