Confirm and schedule
Once you approve the quotation and terms, production and delivery are scheduled.

Delivery & installation
Units are delivered and bolted together on your prepared site, then turned over to you.

Frequently asked questions
How much is a prefab unit?
Every project is quoted, because the total depends on size, quantity, options and delivery location. Send your location, intended use and number of units and you will get a written, itemized quotation.
Is installation free? What about delivery?
Installation is free. Delivery is quoted separately based on your exact location and site access, and it is listed as its own line in your quotation.
What comes with the standard 20ft unit?
A 2.3mm galvanized frame, 50mm insulated walls, 40mm glass wool roof with steel cover, 18mm fire-proof magnesium floor, one steel door, two plastic-steel windows and the electrical system.
Can units be joined or stacked?
Yes. Units can be joined side by side into wider rooms, and arranged in 2–3 storey layouts with stairs and walkways, subject to supplier engineering for your site.
Can I add a toilet, more windows or a glass front?
Yes. Toilet sets, extra doors and windows, glass fronts and wood-finish panels are available and itemized separately in your quotation.
Mainit ba sa loob?
The walls and roof are insulated. Comfort also depends on shade, window placement and whether you add aircon, so these are planned with your layout.
Can I see a unit before I decide?
Yes. Units can be viewed at the bodega by appointment, or on a live video call if you are outside Metro Manila.
Do you deliver outside Luzon?
Yes. Units have been delivered to project sites from Luzon to Mindanao, including Mindoro, Bicol and Zamboanga. Send your location to check access.
What do I prepare on site?
A level, accessible area and a base such as concrete pedestals or footings. Send photos or a short video of the site and I will tell you what to prepare.
How long does it take?
Schedules depend on quantity, configuration and location. Your quotation states the production, delivery and installation timeline for your project.
What are the payment terms?
Payment terms are written in your quotation before you confirm anything. Nothing is final until you have reviewed it.
Can you handle a full site compound?
Yes. Multi-unit layouts for offices, barracks, toilets and dining areas are planned together, with one point of contact from inquiry to turnover.
